Licensing. Mark Kelner is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois (IDFPR) and operates under United Realty Group. All real estate services are provided in compliance with the Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000, the National Association of Realtors® Code of Ethics, and the rules of the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors (NSBAR).
Buyer Agency. As of August 17, 2024, the National Association of Realtors® settlement requires that a written Buyer Agency Agreement be executed before a real estate professional shows you a property. Mark Kelner enters into such agreements with buyer clients as required by law.
Information accuracy. Property information displayed on this Site (whether from MLS, public records, or other sources) is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Square footage, lot size, taxes, school assignments, and similar details should be independently verified by you and your professional advisors before relying on them in a transaction.
Fair Housing. Mark Kelner and United Realty Group comply with the Federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.) and the Illinois Human Rights Act (775 ILCS 5). We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age, ancestry, military status, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local law.
