That's the right time to call. The earlier the conversation, the better the strategy. Mark routinely talks to clients 6–18 months ahead of an actual transaction — pricing windows, equity timing, and the right move for the next 5 years all work better with runway. No pressure, no commitment.

How is your commission structured?

Commission is negotiated transparently up front, in writing, before any agreement is signed — and it is always tied to outcome and service level. For sellers, the goal is the highest net, not the lowest commission line. For buyers, you'll see a written Buyer Agency Agreement (now legally required nationwide) before any tour.

How fast do you actually reply?

Within the hour during business hours, almost always within minutes. There is no phone tree, no assistant filtering you, no team handoff. Every call, text, email, and form submission goes directly to Mark.

I'm working with another agent. Should we still talk?

Mark won't interfere with an active agreement. If you're under contract with another agent and it's working, stay there. If you're not under contract — or your listing is about to expire — a 15-minute strategy call costs you nothing and tells you exactly where you stand.
